Earth Day Scholastic Chess Tournament
Date: Saturday April 26th
Location: Grahamwood Elementary School (3950 Summer Avenue, Memphis)
Time: Registration begins at 9am. First Round begins at 10am, all other rounds ASAP. (Estimated Finish 3:00pm)
Cost: $20 online prior to April 26th. $25 Day of the Tournament and on site
Format: 4 Round Swiss Tournament (No eliminations, each player guaranteed 4 games) G25; d5
Sections: 3 USCF rated sections (USCF Membership Required), USCF Rated Over 1000, USCF Rated Under 1000, and USCF rated Under 500. 2 Unrated Sections (No Membership Required) Unrated Grades K-4 and Unrated Grades 5-8.
Prizes: Special Earth Day Themed Trophies will go to the Top 3 players in each section. All players, regardless of placing will receive a prize!
