Shelby County Chess Presents its All Girls Chess Championships
(A Celebration of Girls who play chess)
Date: Saturday June 21, 2025
Location: Panera Bread (4530 Poplar Ave, Memphis)
Time: First Round begins at 1pm. All other rounds ASAP (Estimated Finish: 4:30pm
Format: 4 Round Swiss Tournament (No ELIMINATIONS, each player will play 4 games guaranteed) G20; d5
Cost: $15 online prior to June 21. $20 thereafter and on site
Sections: USCF Rated (Open to girls with a USCF Membership) Unrated (Open to All Girls regardless of chess experience)
Participants are encouraged to bring a friend who would like to experience a chess tournament in a more casual setting.
Prizes: All participants, regardless of standing, will receive a special prize.
